2. What we collect

When you request a quote or book a transfer: full name, email, phone, pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers, children and babies, luggage, flight number if provided, vehicle category, and any remarks.

If you send trip feedback: your email and the ratings and text you write.

3. Why we use it

To calculate the fare, confirm the booking, contact you about the ride, send a payment link, and handle complaints or reviews. Legal bases: the booking contract and our legitimate interest in operating the service. Swiss DSG applies. If you are in the EU/EEA, GDPR also applies.

4. Who we share it with

Only what is needed for the trip: Google (Maps, distance and address suggestions), Resend (booking emails), the payment provider when card payment is used (SumUp or Stripe), and the driver assigned to your ride. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the trip, invoicing and legal accounting (usually up to 10 years where Swiss law requires). Feedback emails are kept until handled, then deleted or archived if legally required.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, and object to certain uses. Write to contact@getshuttle.ch. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch) or, if you live in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The website uses only what is needed to show the page, calculate a route and send a booking. We do not use advertising cookies. If we later add analytics, we will update this page.
