Meet Gabriel

He answers. He books. He never puts you on hold.

Gabriel is GetShuttle’s 24/7 AI assistant. He helps you complete a booking by phone. The details he asks for — pickup, destination, date, time, passengers and luggage — are only to finalise your reservation. Gabriel does not process payments and never asks for card details. He does not contact clients on behalf of GetShuttle or Taxi Acuta. For bookings made with the help of our AI agent Gabriel, a secure SumUp payment link is sent by an operator. The booking is not final until payment is correctly registered and you receive confirmation by email from GetShuttle / Taxi Acuta. Alternatively, you may book directly on this website with Pay now; payment is processed securely by SumUp, our online payment service.

How is the price calculated?

The fare uses driving distance from maps. Up to 25 km is a fixed fare: Comfort CHF 100, VAN CHF 180, Business CHF 200. From 26 km up to 51.9 km the fare is also fixed. From 52 km the fare uses the distance and the vehicle category. Extra bags, urgency and night pickups may change the total. Use Get a Quote for the exact price.

What does Fixed Price mean?

The fare you see is the fare you pay. No meter. No hidden surprises.

What if my flight is delayed?

Share your flight number when you book. We monitor inbound flights and move pickup to the new landing time, up to six hours from the original arrival. You still receive 60 minutes of free waiting after the new landing.

How much waiting time is included?

Zurich Airport: 60 minutes free after landing. Railway stations: 30 minutes. Hotels and private addresses: 15 minutes. After that at the airport: CHF 15 per 15 minutes.

Which vehicles can I choose?

Comfort is a Mercedes CLS 350 or similar (max 3 passengers). Business is a Mercedes S-Class (max 3). VAN is a Mercedes V-Class (max 6).

How do I pay?

On the website, click Pay now and pay by card on SumUp. The page is valid 30 minutes. The car is reserved only after payment. You then receive the confirmation email. A SumUp link from the operator is sent only if you book by phone, WhatsApp or email and do not pay on the site.

Does Gabriel speak my language?

Yes. On the phone Gabriel handles 50+ languages, including English, German, French and Italian.

Are child seats available?

Yes. Only the booster seat (15–36 kg) is free. Infant carriers (0–13 kg) and child seats with 5-point harness (9–18 kg) are CHF 45 each and must be requested when booking.

Can I book a return transfer?

Yes. Tell Gabriel both legs on the call, or choose Round trip in Get a Quote.

Is there a night or Sunday surcharge?

There is no separate Sunday surcharge. The night tariff applies every day, including Sunday, for pickups between 00:00 and 05:00. Use Get a Quote for the exact price.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 24 hours before pickup: free. Between 24 and 12 hours: 50%. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%. Cancel in writing to contact@getshuttle.ch or WhatsApp.
