All our services are subject to these terms and conditions, as long as they have not been amended or supplemented by written agreements.
1. Offers
Our offers are limited in time, either according to legal regulations or according to the special details in the offers themselves. Our offers are of a confidential nature and may only be made available to those persons who handle our offers.
2. Prices and orders
All prices indicated on our pages are gross. All bookings are binding.
3. Payments
We accept most major credit cards. Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or China Union Pay credit or debit card.
Important: If payment is accepted with an international card through our SumUp payment system, the cardholder must pay their bank a commission for currency conversion. This commission is charged when the currency of the country where the card was issued does not match the currency of the country where the card is used to make a payment.
For example, if the customer has an American bank account and the card is used in Switzerland to make a payment, the transaction will be charged in Swiss Francs (CHF), but will be debited in dollars from the customer's account.
4. Order Cancellation
In the event of order cancellation, the customer shall be liable for charges incurred in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below:

5. Liability
GetShuttle-Zurich Airport Transfer assumes no responsibility for delays caused by force majeure, congestion, breakdowns, incorrect pickup or destination information, or any situation beyond our control.
6. Payment terms
Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of the SumUp payment link.
Upon request, we can provide a bank account number for advance payments via bank transfer.
This option is available exclusively for bookings made at least 10 days in advance.
We reserve the right to request an alternative payment method.
With regards to the law, withholding payments and offsetting our claims against any customer disputes not accepted are not permitted.
These terms have been drafted with the utmost legal care to ensure a clear and proper payment procedure, in compliance with current regulations.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by Swiss law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Zurich Court. Our company is committed to consistently resolving any disagreements with customers in a friendly and amicable manner.
8. Airport Waiting Times
First 60 minutes free. Each additional 15-minute increment: 15.00 CHF.
9. Pickup
The driver waits up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the customer fails to show up, cannot be reached, or is unavailable, the trip is canceled, and the customer must pay the full fare in this case. In the event of a flight delay, the customer must report the delay as soon as possible.
We do not assume any responsibility for any incidents or communication errors on the part of the customer.
10. Special baggage / child seats
For special baggage we charge a fee of 5 CHF per baggage. If you only need a booster seat it is free. Please specify at the time of booking what kind of child seat you need for your child.
