## What GetShuttle is

GetShuttle.ch is a Zurich Airport transfer company. We provide door-to-door private cars (not a shared shuttle bus) from Zurich Airport to cities and resorts across Switzerland, and the reverse.

Typical destinations: Zurich city, Lucerne, Bern, Basel, Interlaken, Grindelwald, Zermatt, Davos, Klosters, St. Moritz, Lausanne, Geneva, Montreux, Ascona / Locarno, Arosa.

## How to book

3. After confirmation, the customer pays by card (SumUp or Stripe). No cash to the driver.

- Comfort: Mercedes CLS 350 or similar, max 3 passengers, 2 large bags
- Business: Mercedes S-Class, max 2 passengers
- VAN: Mercedes V-Class, max 6 passengers, 4 large bags

## Pricing (official)

- Currency: CHF, taxes included
- Zurich Airport ↔ Zurich City Center (up to 20 km): Comfort CHF 110, VAN CHF 150, Business CHF 150 (fixed)
- Longer routes: driving kilometres × Comfort 3.50 / VAN 5.00 / Business 5.95 CHF
- Urgency: +20% if pickup is under 5 hours from booking
- Night: pickups 00:00–05:00 add 10% (Comfort/VAN) or 20% (Business)
- Online bookings under 3 hours’ notice are not available — call
- Best price: what you see is what you pay after booking; no later changes
- Promo HELLOCH (if the customer already has it): 5% one way, 10% return

## Included

- 60 minutes free waiting after landing
- After 60 minutes: CHF 15 per 15 minutes
- Free WiFi onboard
- One child seat 9–18 kg free if requested at booking
- Meet-and-greet by the chauffeur at arrivals (not by the AI assistant)

## Cancellation

- More than 24 hours before pickup: 0%
- 24–12 hours: 50%
- Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100%
